Yes, we can provide samples to the customers to check quality and design before order or make any customized changes.

The delivery time depends on the product categories and quantities. Please check with our salesman for each order. We promise shortest lead time and fastest delivery as possible.

The MOQ is 1000 pcs to 3000 pcs depending on different product. For some products, we might have ready stock that we can accept small orders below MOQ. Please check with our salesman in advance.

Usually, we make packages according to customers’ design. And we also make reasonable suggestions about the packages to customers.

Usually, we don’t provide free samples to new customers, but charge first and refund when placing orders. For old customers, please discuss with our salesman in advance.

We apply strict QC quality control from incoming materials, production process to finished products according to ISO9001 and 7S management systems, ensure every single piece of product is qualified before shipping.

Yes, we are OEM/ODM manufacturer, we can provide services for designing products, packages, etc

We can ship either by customers’ nominated or our shipping agents. Express, sea freight and air freight are all available according to requirements.
